brute force 750 backfiring through carb

Sorry to bump this thread but I need help with this I have a stock 2006 brute 750 only mod I have is the dynatek cdi . I have a 2008 brute force 750, fuel injected, with about 120 hours on it. Its back firing through one carb more than the other one and back firing through the exhaust. And should it be only opening about half way? I read about the choke maybe being stuck and/or running too rich. With such a go-everywhere kind of quad, one is bound to get mud and dust in the quad’s inner connections. My KVF 700 didn't go into limp mode until I had around 500km and my 09 brute force did it at 1200 km.
