It’s super helpful for us and other readers. I couldnt find harassa paste, trader joes was out, so i used chili paste (Asian section) and it was a good alternative. I would definitely make this over and over again! (unpeeled and cut into bite-size pieces // ~7 cups cubed eggplant as the recipe is written), (or sub another favorite hot sauce or chili garlic sauce), (or sub cauliflower rice* for grain-free). Amazing flavor! Or should I just add the spice? Sitting in the frig overnight seemed to meld and intinsify the flavors.
